Ever since I joined swim team I have started eating super healthy. I have gotten into eating a lot more vegetables and fruit. Not to mention, not eating out very much. Sure we still eat out, but not as much. The best part is that my mom is making a bunch of homemade stuff. My favorites are homemade bread every night and homemade ranch. I think the reason I think I got so into eating healthy is becuase after swim practice I am so hungrey that I needed something to fill me up and boost my recovery to get ready for the next practice. But I also like it because I am super good at making ridiculously good fresh meals.
